Covers Website, Store, Podcast, Events, and All Invisible Industries LLC Properties

1. Podcast & Digital Content The views expressed on The BEST OF THE TOUR™ Podcast and other
Invisible Industries LLC content are solely those of the hosts and guests. They do not necessarily
reflect the views of Invisible Industries LLC, its owners, staff, or affiliates. All third-party trademarks, photographs, images, music, and artwork remain the property of their respective owners and are used under fair use (17 U.S.C. §107). Inclusion does not imply endorsement, unless expressly stated.

By accessing our content, you agree not to record, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works
without written consent. All original podcast episodes, videos, audio, graphics, logos, titles, and
trademarks (including BEST OF THE TOUR™) are the exclusive property of Invisible Industries LLC.
We comply with the DMCA. Claims of copyright infringement must be submitted with sufficient detail for
verification.

2. General Terms of Use By using our websites, stores, or platforms, you agree to these Terms. We
may modify content or policies at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
Prohibited conduct includes harassment, hate speech, fraudulent activity, or violation of laws. We
reserve the right to terminate access for violations.

3. Events Some events (including Colour Haiku) may have event-specific terms. Those govern in the
case of a conflict with these Terms.

4. Product Releases and Sales – Sale announcements are generally shared first via mailing list. – We
do not offer: matching numbers, specific number requests, doodles, held orders, or address changes
after purchase. – Colors and sizes may vary slightly. Screen prints may include natural variations in
stock and ink. – Prices and availability may change without notice.

5. Returns and Refunds – All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. – Damage or non-receipt claims
must be made within 2 weeks of the carrier delivery date. – Order cancellations, if approved, may incur
a restocking fee up to 40%. – Made-to-order items are non-refundable. – Chargebacks may result in
account/IP bans.

6. Shipping and Delivery – Items in cart are not reserved until payment clears. – Orders may be
combined or split at our discretion. – We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. – Unclaimed
packages may require new shipping fees. – International orders may incur customs fees and delays.
Orders to restricted locations may be cancelled.

7. Fraud Prevention – All purchases require a current shop account. – Orders may be held for
verification. Failure to provide verification may result in cancellation.

8. Intellectual Property All content, trademarks, logos, and IP are owned by Invisible Industries LLC. No
rights are transferred through purchases, streaming, or site use. Unauthorized use is prohibited.9. Third-Party Links We may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, policies,
or products.

10. User Submissions Any submissions become the property of Invisible Industries LLC. You warrant
they do not infringe third-party rights and contain no unlawful content.

11. Legal Disclaimer All content is provided “as is.” Invisible Industries LLC is not liable for damages
arising from use of our platforms.

12. Force Majeure We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control
(e.g., natural disasters, war, strikes, government restrictions).

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes will be
resolved by binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, CA, on an individual basis only.
